Flexible Admin Role with Busy Dunedin Tech Company

BISON is a Dunedin based tech company with customers in over 32 countries. We are looking for a reliable and energetic Administrator to join our friendly and dynamic team.

This is a flexible, part time role (approx. 12 – 15 hours per week) that would be well suited to a parent with school children.

To be eligible for the role, it is essential that you have previous financial administration experience, covering the book keeping tasks profiled below. Working knowledge of Xero is preferred. You will be confident with computers, cloud software and spreadsheets, with experience using MS Office and Google Docs.

You will be highly organised, trustworthy, have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be comfortable working in a busy and changing work environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Book Keeping

  • Accounts receivable
  • Accounts payable
  • Reconciliations
  • Banking
  • Foreign exchange
  • Payroll
  • Tax filings (PAYE, GST)
  • Company registers and records

General Administration 

  • General support & assistance to the management team
  • Printing, filing & record management
  • HR support
  • Managing reception & phone
  • Managing stationery, kitchen & printing supplies
  • Office & staffroom cleaning
