Why Attend This Webinar?

See a live demonstration of our manual container lifting systems, the Bison M Series and the Mantis.

Automatic container lifting systems are great. But if budget, portability, and easy maintenance are your priority, then our manual lifting systems might be the best option.

With lift capacity of up to 20,000 kg | 44,000 lbs, no power supply required, and no electronics or hydraulics to maintain, the M Series and the mission-ready Mantis are the simplest and most cost-effective container lifts in our range and an ideal tool for remote operations, military logistics, and sites handling low container numbers.

In this live webinar, we’ll take you behind the scenes at Bison and demonstrate our manual lifting systems. You’ll see how they can be transported, deployed, and used to lift containers on rough and uneven ground without power, cranes, or contractor support. We’ll walk through the key features, compare the M Series and the Mantis, demonstrate the system in action, and open the floor for questions directly to the Bison team.

What You'll Learn

During the webinar, you'll learn:

  • How our manual container lifts operate and how they enable container lifting in remote and infrastructure-limited environments
  • How the fully mechanical lifting system works without power, hydraulics, or cranes
  • How the Mantis can be rapidly deployed, operated, and packed down by a small team
  • The differences between the M Series and the Mantis
  • The types of defense, humanitarian, emergency response, and industrial applications the Mantis and M Series are designed for

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to the Bison team throughout the session.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Who should attend this webinar?

This webinar is ideal for organizations that need to lift, position, or deploy shipping containers in remote or infrastructure-limited environments as well as organizations that handle a low volume of containers and don’t need a highly efficient automatic solution. Whether you're involved in defense, humanitarian aid, emergency response, construction, mining, energy, other field operations or handle a low volume of containers on site, you'll gain practical insights into how our manual container lifts can support your operation.

  • What products will be demonstrated?

The webinar will feature a live demonstration of the Bison Mantis, our mission-ready, fully mechanical container hoist designed for lifting shipping containers without cranes, power, or fixed infrastructure.

Since the M Series functions the same way as the Mantis, we will not demonstrate both systems fully. However, we will talk about the differences and explain which system is best for different use cases.

  • What will I learn?

You'll learn how our manual container lifts work, how they can be deployed and operated by a small team, the applications they are best suited to, and the key features that make them ideal for remote and challenging operating environments as well as low container volume operations.

  • How long will the webinar be?

The webinar will run for approximately 45–60 minutes, including time for live demonstrations and audience questions.

  • Will there be an opportunity to ask questions?

Yes. There will be a live Q&A session where you'll be able to ask the Bison team questions throughout the webinar.

  • What if I can't attend live?

No problem. Register anyway and we'll send you a recording of the webinar after the session so you can watch it at a time that suits you.

  • Can I arrange a follow-up discussion?

Absolutely. If you'd like to discuss your application or learn more about the Mantis or M Series after the webinar, you can arrange a follow-up conversation with a member of the Bison team.
