We reserve all rights to the intellectual property on this website. In particular, we wish to highlight that our container lifting and weighing solutions incorporate patent pending designs. This is the Privacy Statement for Bison Group Limited (NZCN 5115901) and Affiliates (as defined below, collectively "Bison" or "we" or “our”). An "Affiliate" is an entity with BISON in its name that, directly or indirectly, controls, or is controlled by, or is under common control with, Bison Group Limited (where "control" means ownership of fifty percent (50%) or more of the voting stock of corporate entities, or an equivalent interest for non-corporate entities).

We respect each individual's ("you" or "your") right to privacy. This statement outlines how we may collect, use, transfer and safeguard your personal information and applies to any personal information collected by Bison from any of the sources described in this Privacy Statement from time to time. To protect your personal information, Bison does not sell, rent or trade your personal information unless outlined in this Privacy Statement.

It is important for you to understand Bison and Bison’s products and services in order to appreciate what personal information may be collected and how your personal information may be used. Bison Group Limited was founded in Dunedin, New Zealand and designs, develops, manufactures, manages and/or supports a range of weighing, lifting and related solutions. Our goods and services may include (without limitation, subject to change, from time to time) the goods and services described on our website.

In certain situations and/or areas of the world our goods and services are sold indirectly through distributors and resellers.

This Privacy Statement describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make an inquiry through bison-jacks.com (the “Site”) and other situations where we collect and store information.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

We use this information to also assist us with targeted advertising campaigns including retargeting and targeted display and search advertising.
