Lift Containers On/Off Trucks
The Scarab can lift payloads of up to 50,000 lbs to a height of 69 inches, enabling safe loading and unloading without reliance on cranes or heavy handling equipment. Integrated sensors, braking systems, and counterbalance valves safeguard operators, assets, and cargo, ensuring controlled, reliable handling in demanding conditions.
Enhanced Logistics Flexibility
By enabling units to independently move containers at the point of need, the Scarab reduces reliance on large handling equipment or contracted support. This independence streamlines logistics and enhances operational tempo across distributed operations.
Self-Drive Over Airfield Surfaces
Hydraulic wheel drives with pendant-controlled steering enable safe, low-speed maneuvering across ramps, hardstands, and firm surfaces.
Level Container Up Ramp
Operators can raise each end of the Scarab by up to 20 inches while moving, preventing bottoming out on aircraft ramps. Aircraft-grade tires and braking systems ensure stable positioning and even load distribution.
Airlift On Container Or Skid
The Scarab remains attached to the container during airlift to support seamless transloading. It can also deploy by air, land, or sea as a complete system on a single 20-ft skid, with setup requiring only two operators and a light forklift—no additional equipment needed.
